Dear Millennials,
You’ve been bamboozled! Hoodwinked!! Flimflammed!!!
The largest Generation postulated is victim to the largest con job ever perpetuated. You were told that you were Unique, Special and Different. But rebellious, outspoken, liberal and social is just typical young adult behavior. The marketing sharpies convinced their clients that in order for them to sell stuff they needed to get in your good graces. But instead of telling you who they were, they told you who you are. And so every commercial you’ve ever seen in your life looked like this.
Then reality punched you in the face. You are not Unique, Special and Different….you are just like the rest of us. We all use the internet…have smart phones….have evolving media consumption habits…are all savvy consumers….have friends….prefer world peace…. And recycle.
We are ALL Unique, Special and Different.
